Maybe I have approached this from the wrong direction! Instead of a list of "Flakes" we need a list of responsible folks for the Exchanges and Swaps. Kinda like the ANGIE'S LIST.

- Retired male. Next birthday will be 78. Spend most of my time carving and quilting. Retired early (51) from a major university; so I am gettin this retirement thing down real good. I talked myself into wood carving. My daughter talked me into making quilts.

I think you are on the right road! I'll be interested after the New Year, and it's pretty clear why. That is if you think I am responsible enough.
I give my swappers a mailing date. If they don't make the mailing date they cannot be in the next swaps. LATE is just as bad as NO SHOW.
Sign up, buy fabric, make the quilt and mail it...no waiting to the mail date and then saying..oops, I'll be late, life got in the way.
You just have to bring the hammer down or they take you as far as possible..much like kids.
